The staff were awesome. The dining room was nice. The room was a good size. The tv plug was broken so we tried to fix it . The room was very hot and no way to turn down the heat. We slept with all the windows open . It was still a nice stop over while driving.

Prior to arrival microwave oven available. When I arrived it not true, after much negotiation available after 7pm. Deserted areas suppose to stay next door at imperia. Parking on the next street

When we arrived asked about parking. Told there was a location nearby but had to wait over an hour for somebody to arrive to show us where the location was. The space was an underground car space that was very difficult to park in as the space was very tight and had to reverse all way out up a ramp to get out of. On check out tried to charge us €20 for parking having mentioned nothing at check in. Advice park car nearby yourself

Uno dei nostri ha avuto un grave imprevisto e ha dovuto disdire la prenotazione solo dopo cinque minuti dall'effettuazione. Expedia è stata gentile ma l'hotel ha dichiarato di non volerla rimborsare (periodo di bassissima stagione). poco corretto. Non ci metterò mai più piede.

Bon hôtel

Nous avons passé 6 nuits en demi pension dans l’hôtel nous sommes satisfaits par l’ accueil du personnel très accueillant,l’hôtel est bien situé proche du centre ,cela mérite un petit rafraîchissement car un peu vieillissant… Le petit déjeuner un choix complet ,le dîner plusieurs choix variés et de qualités…

Sisådär men ok för bara en natt!

Slitet hotell som inte motsvarade förväntningarna. Sängarna var ok duschen svartmögel i. Gångavstånd till strand och restauranger så det var bra. Parkering på innergården var dyr 19€ för en natt så bättre hitta plats på gatan. Inte så mycket positivt att säga men frukosten var helt ok med bra utbud.

Ad esclusione del personale cordiale e disponibile e la piscina in uso degli ospiti, l'hotel non è certo l'deale per trascorrere una vacanza al mare perchè mancante di elementari comfort. La stanza era priva di scrivania o tavolino, non aveva la presa di corrente da un lato del letto (c'era l'abat-jour che non poteva essere attaccata alla corrente) e l'acqua della doccia non era regolabile (o fredda o bollente). Inoltre c'era un frigorifero non attaccato (e sempre con mancanza di prese nelle vicinanze) con avvisi cubitali che era vietato mettere dentro qualsiasi cibo o bevanda che addirittura sarebbe stata buttata via.

L'albergo, pur non affacciandosi al mare, non ne è distante, così come dalle vie principali di Diano Marina. Parcheggio agevole (almeno in bassa stagione), le camere risultano un po' datate, ma ampie e silenziose. Letto comodo e capiente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.

Check-in in ritardo: Benché ci siamo presentati alle 12.00 per accertarci della disponibilità prenotata e poi siamo andati a pranzo, alle 15.00 la camera non era pronta e si è dovuto attendere circa 30 minuti che terminassero le pulizie, tra l'altro superficiali. servizi igienici scomodi, doccia con acqua calda alternata, rubinetteria con calcare esagerato, aspetto visivo porte interne bagno in camera e bagno e hall penoso, prezzo e colazione nella norma.

Basterebbe poco…..

Pulizia ineccepibile, personale molto disponibile e gentile. Purtroppo la camera merita però una profonda revisione. Prese ai comodini inesistenti Nemmeno alla scrivania. Per ricaricare i telefoni o stacchi la lampada o vai in bagno. Veramente basterebbe poco per non ricevere critiche negative. Anche perché la pulizia e la biancheria è veramente di qualità !

Personnel sympathique et chambres spacieuses. Mais lit bebe en supplément à15€ la nuit!! Et parking voiture à 20€ par jour.... Le buffet du matin nest pas tres varié et pas tres bon (surtout les boissons jus et café sans gout)
