"As visitors at Mayo we were unsure where to stay. This hotel is clean, staff is nice, beds are so comfortable, pillows are standard size, bathrooms are good size. Rates are good. It is a 15 minute drive to the Gonda Building. You have room to move and breathe in this room. Parking is convenient and air conditioning works well."

"The hotel staff was definitely accommodating, but there were several things broken in the rooms. We have stayed there before and had better experiences."

"Basic room but I needed basic for a night. Fridge and microwave were useful. Pool was out of order. Floor had a sticky spot that wasn’t from my bag. Nick was super friendly and helpful at the front desk. I would stay here again if I were coming through Rochester."

"The property grounds were very nice and well kept. The interior was well kept and clean. The room was clean and spacious but could use some minimal maintenance such as touchup paint, patching a hole created by the door handle in the sleeping area and fixing the icemaker in the freezer section of the refrigerator. The staff was extremely helpful. Overall it was a good place to stay and budget friendly."

"The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street."

"Absolutely beautiful property with great amenities...perfect for a 10 day stay, with everything you need to be self-sustained. Excellent dining choices very close like the Red Cow and the Canadian Honker restaurants...St Mary's Mayo is directly across the street with an active Shuttle to the other Mayo locations. This stay put my wife at ease during our visit. Such great staff, too. Thank you Nicole!"

"We were surprised with an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite which was a very welcome treat for a mom of toddlers! The suite was spacious and clean with room for a pack n play, stroller wagon, and floor puzzles while still being able to freely move around. The setup is perfect for family and long-term stays especially. A great mini-cation for my kids and me!"

"When we arrived there was construction in front of the hotel which we were not aware of, literally found the parking lot by accident. When I realized I made an error in my reservation, the front desk attendant was able to fix it. The building and rooms are old, but they were clean. We made due and it was an overall good experience. Bonus it is directly across from Mayo St Mary Hospital Campus, great for those with family members that are being treated."

"You could live with the tired property but the beds felt like there were springs coming out of them and the pillows and sheets were terrible. Needless to say both my husband and I had a horrible night sleep. The location is great. It’s an old hotel that needs renovating badly. I would stay there again if they got new beds and bedding"

"The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cozy. The waterslide was a huge hit with my granddaughter. Couldn't keep her out of the pool! The only thing that was an issue was the ice machines were out of ice most of the time. We had to go from machine to machine just to get a full bucket. Overall, it was a wonderful stay."

"Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota is impressive. We were able to walk from our hotel through a pedestrian tunnel system to get to the hospital with access to other clinic buildings, restaurants and shopping. Very convenient for patients and families during the harsh Minnesota winters.I’m"
