Too noisy for us , to many young drunken people, we’ll be going to an adult resort next time, the only reason we went there was the price. The staff was good and helpful called the night before for a bell boy to get our luggage in the morning, and they were late, almost missing our shuttle. "My overall experience at Hard Rock hotel Los Cabos was great! My family spent most of our time at the Lyric Pool where we were well taken care of my staff. Rueben was very attentive to my fish and but allergies and ensured my experience there was not forgotten. I appreciate his friendly smile and fast service."

Major issues included: * No hot water in the room, requiring a room change * Other guests experiencing the same hot water issue * Ongoing construction and noise disruptions not disclosed in advance * Strong varnish/paint fumes from nearby maintenance work * Management promised to pause the work due to a pregnancy but did not follow through * Requested room arrangements (connecting rooms and ocean view) not provided * Main breakfast restaurant closed without prior notice We raised these concerns multiple times during the stay, but no meaningful resolution or compensation was offered. Overall, the services provided were materially different from what was represented at booking, especially considering the premium price point."

"The property was maintained impeccably. The rooms were lovely and decorated tastefully. The shower pressure was impressive. We had a studio but the size was easily that of an exceptionally large one bedroom. Being able to walk out and get directly into the pool was wonderful. The yoga class every Morning taught by Valerie was a great way to start the day. This property was impressive. If you’re an ocean swimmer you will not be able to get into the water.
