"When we arrived, we were greeted by staff, We went to the desk to check in and was told we would have to wait a few hours before we could get into our room, unless we wanted to upgrade and pay extra, the guy at the front desk said he would waive the fee of the upgrade if we was good to him, in other words if we tipped him really well he could get us in a room right then. So, we paid him a $100 and got into our room, the only downfall was we asked to not be around any kids, our room was directly over the kiddy pool. The room was clean, we had no issues with the kids at all, Our Building was quite a walk away from all the entertainment, but we managed. When we went to check out we discovered that we only had one towel key on us and we were charged $9 for the other key that was left in our room. The lady that checked us out was terribly rude and didn't care that we had left our key in the room, we didn't have it at check out so we were being charged. Also, the ladies at the little shop on site was very rude they were like put out every time we went into the store to buy something. They didn't understand English and we felt they were annoyed with us being there, we would ask a question, and they would all look at each other and then kind of brush us off like we didn't matter. Very nice place to stay just most of the workers were rude."

"Great view. Very friendly staff. Very big location everything is very spread out you have to take a shuttle most the time but they are very quick to come pick you up and get you to your location and very friendly. Luis one of the golf cart drivers was very friendly and remembered name and room number pretty quick didnt even need to tell him your room if knew where to take you. you can walk the paths also , but if you are not a good walker the hills can be steep uphill and downhill. nice location and very good staff ."

"Our room was immaculate, staff was exceedingly friendly. Our ocean view room was located overlooking the main pool. View was lovely, but the pool music was LOUD techno-type throughout the day, only quieting after 5pm. If a peaceful room is what you are looking for, be certain not to choose a room near the pool"

"We only stayed one night. We were given a room on the 4th floor with a beautiful balcony. Since we were VIP with Expedia, they provided us with a nice bottle of sparkling wine and 2 glasses which we enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The room itself was a bit dated but ok for one night. We enjoyed the cushioned chairs by the pool and abundance of towels. Food was delicious in the Siempre restaurant. Probably the only thing we didn't enjoy was the pool. It was like bath water and too hot for us. When you got out of the pool, it felt chilly. Also, after you check out, they stop the All Inclusive at 2:00 when you have to stay a bit longer which I though was a bit cheap considering we paid a lot of money to stay here. Most all inclusive resorts let you use the all inclusive until 5:00 p.m. I like that they don't play really loud music all day like most resorts in Mexico. Very relaxing. The only reason I would not go back is because there wasn't enough shade around the pool as the umbrellas don't move so many times you were left in the burning sun. The architecture and landscaping was beautiful. You cannot swim in the ocean as it's dangerous, but beautiful to look at the huge waves."

"The staff are amazing truly the best part of our stay. The grounds and rooms are very clean. The hotel is close to downtown but very quiet. We enjoyed the ocean view from our patio as well as being 5 steps to the pool and hot tub. We stayef for 1 month so access to a bbq and the kitchen in our room made cooking meals convenient too. "
