The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. "The property is tired. Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff. Long waiting times for food. Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing. No obvious management. Fabulous views, great weather. Frustrating hotel. We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer. What a lost...

"We recently stayed at Penventon Park Hotel while visiting family in Redruth. Although we found parts of Redruth itself to be quite a deprived town, the hotel provided a very pleasant and relaxing stay on the edge of town with great parking available. "The room was lovely and the ocean view was a lovely touch. The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and quick to reply. Feedback: breakfast took far too long (over and hour) despite the cafe not seeming busy. The lack of lifts didn’t make it easy for disabled people."
