"From my first contact at booking, the reservation staff at the Hotel were extremely helpful & I would say they went above & beyond my expectations. I had accessibility requirements & again they went above & beyond to make sure I had an accessible room which made things a lot easier. "Overall the property was very clean and everything was brand new. Great location and close walk to every where. Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped.
