Room was clean, bed too. I gave 4 stars because if breakfast was awful! They sold out and should been prepared. No cereal for the kids, and no batter for the waffle machine. Hot food was sausage and potatoes? We had to wait for that even, and sausage gravy..how does that even make sense. Most of guest had an early competition so we stop at another place to get food..so disappointing. But the room were clean.

Room was clean although the heat in the room was preset to 68 degrees and it was quite cool the entire stay despite trying to put thermostat to 72, 74, and 76 degrees! Thermostat never got higher than 69!! Staff was polite.

There were roaches in the hallway. The elevators were broken. The eggs were broken. There was no bodywash filled up in the bathroom. The breakfast could be better. The carpet needs to be renewed. Iean for it to be a Hyatt no matter the are I would expect more. I was highly disappointed. Now the rooms were clean and all commor areas. However it's time for a renovation because there furnishings peeling and the couch I was seating at in dining area was peeling extremely bad. For qhat you pay for its not bad but The Hyatt felt more like a Holiday Inn.
