"All was great but had fewer amenities, i.e. fluffy white robes and hooks for the towels in the bathroom (for all the towels one uses in such heat as New Orleans.) Over-all good location, low noise, friendly staff, and chill pool."

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"Great location if you're going to the Riverwalk, but be aware it's noisy. We were on the 5th floor and heard airplanes, fog horns, and the elevator all night both nights. As I have discovered now at all Hilton Garden Inns, the beds are hard and crazy uncomfortable. The hallway on our floor and the elevator consistently smelled of marijuana. Also the only hotel parking is valet at $50 a night...we parked in a garage up the street for $30 per night. In the future I'll spend a little more money for...

"Great location for a nice walk down to the French Quarter. Rooms aren’t very clean, the carpets in the room are filthy along with everything else . Bring your own cleaning products if you want to give it a good wipe down before settling in . This place is on the verge of being ran down . The breakfast that’s included is a chemical warfare and shouldn’t probably be consumed at all to humans. Comes in plastic bags and served on plastic"
