"They’re doing their best. It’s a kind of pay as you go hotel. They make you pay for each step because they are very decentralized. The restaurant for breakfast, the bar, the shuttle to the airport, etc. It’s not a bad place to stay, but don’t expect a lot. The stuff were pretty nice, but things move at a slow pace. Shout out to the laundry staff and house keeping. They were very professional and timely."

"Fantastic friendly staff, great pools, complex is a bit old and tired but lovely grounds and amenities, and still a lovely hotel. Room servicing was good, turndown service was a bit hit and miss, laundry service was efficient, restaurant was quite good, shuttle was awesome and the drivers were exceptionally accomodating and helpful, golf was great, course is a little rough but the caddies were great.
