"This was our first stay at the resort and it was wonderful. We traveled as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 3). Our room was cleaned everyday, help desk was efficient and the staff was phenomenal. The buffet options, pool service and room service was top. Really great place to stay as a family. I was shocked at how pet friendly it is as well. We saw all kinds of dogs during our stay and we will actually be brining ours next time. "

When I asked about a fridge they looked at me like I had three heads. Hard to keep any cold drinks or any meds in your room. I would not return to this property because of that reason. "

"Property was nice as well as the staff. Shower in the room was only room temperature and did not adjust at all with either handle. Would have liked to see a swim up bar or central location to get drinks during the day rather then going to the restaurant all the time."

"The room was very good. We booked the swim up suite. However, it didn’t seem like the pool was cleaned daily. Service in HAO restaurant was good but beach service was very slow and extremely expensive. The beach and location was very nice and most staff except for beach service was very good . For what they would like to be a five star resort and the nightly prices they could up their service game."

"Overall, it was a decent mid-range resort. The room, public areas, and pool were always very clean. Parts of the hotel are quite dated, however the buffet area has recently been renovated. Food at the buffet was cold each time we tried it. Breakfast was alright since we usually just ate fruit and yogurt, but we went out to eat for dinner each night. "Pros: Nice pool open until 9pm. Rooftop terrace. Clean room, a/c works well. Friendly helpful staff. Great location for restaurants, markets, transit. Complimentary water dispensers.
