She helped me booked my roundtrip train tickets from Kunming to Dali. And more. She is a very responsible & helpful individual. I'd like to give her a 5 Stars out of 5 for her remarkable service as well. I really appreciate everything that she has done. I will stay in Sofitel Kunming again in the future when I'm back."

"it's as good as every traveller can expect. We enjoyed everything there. The only issue is it's location. It located in an old town where cars are not allowed, and the street number and sign are not obvious, so it took us a while to find the Inn. "

"The room is modern and spacious. Excellent location as it’s just next to the old town. Staff is very friendly. As we had 2 rooms, I’ve emailed to the hotel in advance to have it near to each other. It was nice that they did as the hotel’s layout is like a courtyard style. So you can imagine if one has to walk from one building to the other in the cold. It was also great that they had the WeChat services which enable guest to contact the hotel directly for any request. Thought the idea was excellent. Highly recommended! "
