"Very pretty, clean boutique hotel. Beautiful decor, comfortable room with beautiful view, large bathroom, excellent cleaning service. Breakfast was simple but was very delicious. Staff and all service members were friendly and polite. Excellent location, just outside of the main core of the city in a dead end street so it is very quiet yet walking distance to everything downtown where you can take rail car up the mountain to Fansipan."

"Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance."

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "We were touring around Vietnam and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We arrived in on the 6am sleeper bus from Hanoi and the allowed us to check in straight away to freshed up before our day trekking without any extra charge. They showed us 2 rooms and let us choose which one we wanted. Both had very good views and both were spacious and clean. The breakfast (included) was decent and the staff were very polite and friendly. They helped us book our ticket back to Hanoi. Would...

"Sapa n'est pas une ville étendue donc le Chau Long est aussi bien placé qu'un autre..La piscine intérieure est agréable au retour d'une longue marche..Le look de l'hotel est extra..et si vous avez oublié votre réveil, le coq à l'entrée fera le travail.."

"Front office staff was very attentive and helpful with tours and restaurants."

"The hotel is very near from the center of Sapa. We arrived at 8 AM and they let us check-in even though the check-in time was 2:00 PM. The view from the room was spectacular. The room itself was nice, nothing too special. No lift in the hotel which is a little weird. The entrance is on the 5th floor and the room above have very nice view. The restaurant is marked Halal though they serve alcohol and pork. The breakfast was good though there were not many choices."
