"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. "Clean room, friendly staffs, good drum show and yummy breakfast and dinner. It is worth to stay one night to relax it."

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "
