The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. "Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"We booked last minute as we really wanted to stay at lake kawaguchi. There wasnt many options left for a family of 4 so we picked la vista. We booked the suite with 4 beds and a killer view of mt fuji and in suite bath w a picture window facing fuji. We had a 60 minute massage on site and it was awesome. Worth every penny.
