"Even though it probably wasn’t the best for my son and I, this is a great Hotel. We just needed a place to crash before and after climbing Mt. Fuji. This place is for families and older folks. I was drawn in by the thermal Onsen and hopefully a spa day. Post climb massage etc. Staff had zero clue as to what we needed. "This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. "Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "
