"Great location for Mt Fuji views"

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. "The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The view of Mt Fuji was magnificent. Although the dining room was closed for renovation, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and delivered to our room. We could enjoy our meals looking at Mt Fuji from our deck or from the room itself. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"Honestly the highlight of our entire trip. One night and it exceeded every single expectation we had. The kaiseki dinner was absolutely brilliant. The in-room private onsen facing the lake was just incredible. And the staff were something else, so kind, so attentive, so genuinely invested in making sure we had the best time. One night was nowhere near enough but they made every moment of it count. 100% recommended. Do not even think twice about it."

"娘の6歳の誕生日を祝う旅行で訪問。 富士急などへのアクセスもよく、設備も綺麗で、プライベートサウナは部屋備え付けなので、時間を気にせず入れて最高だった。 ただ、一点だけ、不満。 部屋がもっとも線路に近い部屋だった為、夜は12時まで、朝は６時前から電車の音と振動で起きてしまう。娘も我々も寝不足できつかった。 宿泊前に事前に分かるように注意書をしてもらうかメッセージをもらったら耳栓を用意するなど対策は出来たので、残念。 結果、最終日は寝不足過ぎて、最後まで遊べず、午後一でテーマパークを出て、駐車場で仮眠して帰宅。 他の方のレビューを見ると線路から離れた部屋はそんなでもないようなので、小さなお子様連れで宿泊される方は事前にホテルへの問い合わせを推奨します。 ですが、それを差し引いても設備やスタッフさんの対応素晴らしかったです。 ありがとうございました。"
