"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. "This is an experience I wholly recommend to all coming to Japan. Exceptional staff who did a great job describing the amenities and things to do from the check-in. As well as an amazing view of mount Fuji. The roof-top Onsen was a once in a lifetime experience for me and my friends and a memory we all cherish. The garden was also beautiful and great place to walk around and enjoy nature in during the day and night. The only bad part was leaving. "

"Very nice Japanese traditional style hotel. The location is great, close to the sight-seeing bus line and to the cable car lift. The bath is great, with good views on the 7th floor. it is a pity the room we had doesn't have a view though. The staff are nice, very polite. They also provide car service to and from the Fujikawaguchiko Station, which is nice!"
