"Staff were lovely throughout. No problems at all with the Hotel and it is really, really convenient for seeing Chester - our first time of visiting and we really enjoyed it. Used the train to get there and Uber to get around and it was all so easy. Would certainly like to go to Chester again and would definitely use the same hotel. PS Go to Chez Jules for a nice evening out."

"Lovely hotel. Our room was well equipped, comfortable and very quiet despite overlooking the road. Lovely, comfy bed. I particularly enjoyed the waterfall shower - nice and hot with quality toiletries provided. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"Room amazing. Like a living room. Bathroom gorgeous. Complimentary crisps and water in room, coffee machine, toiletries robes and slippers, bed comfy extra pillows. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel opposite station for convenience. Cant pick a fault. Will stay here again "

"The Art Deco building is fantastic and the rooms are good quality and comfortable. They do need to sort out the service levels however as the breakfast room is often in chaos and never attended when arriving "
