"I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!"

"Be ware that a “preferred room” means a room pets can stay in, not a better room! Hallways smelled of itine on side of hotel where pets are allowed. No elevator so mugging suitcases and skis up stairs was trying. Room size large.staff. Staff we dealt with was lovely! "

"Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Must travel about 15 miles to nearest town. All the basics in kitchen. Bring a few groceries and you won't need to leave your cabin at all."

"I stayed just for a night and it was the best hotel sleep I’ve had in ages. Check in was easy, staff were lovely, and parking was plentiful. "

"Way overpriced . I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area that included breakfast with hot tubs that are 50% less than this place. The place to put your shoes in the room had mud all over it. Maybe clean it before your next guest. "

"For the price this isn’t a bad place, but I wouldn’t say I’d go out of my way to come back. Firstly, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom anywhere which was remediated very quickly, but really displays their lack of attention to details. Secondly, and more importantly, there was no seal on my door meaning the cold air from outside very easily seeped into the room. I’m so glad it wasn’t colder, because the heating unit was so loud I had to turn it off so it wouldn’t wake me up every time it...

"I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+."
