"We loved the Upper Pass Lodge! It is the perfect place to stay when skiing Magic and we loved the low key, old school,

vibe. The lounge area with a huge fireplace and lots of games and big couches was so inviting and relaxing. We had a blast and loved the food at the restaurant too. Staffing was quite low and often difficult to find (I guess there are set times when they are there), but when we did see someone at the desk etc they were wonderful and so kind and helpful! No fridge...

"The pool and spa is great. Building is ran down but rooms are clean and tidy. Would book again just for the fact you get access to their pools and spa. "

"Robert the guest service person was extremely professional and friendly when we checked in. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate. Had an issue hooking up to the WiFI - also the pool wasn’t available- we did tell the front desk in the morning that the tub was not draining. We hadn’t brought our swim suits so no pool wasn’t an issue. We will be happy to stay there again"

"Everything at this hotel was flawless. The location to Brattleboro and surrounding attractions was convenient and no hassle to get to. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, our stay was enhanced by the friendly faces we saw coming and going each day. The room was very spacious, clean and modern.
