"Room was clean and just what we needed. Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins. We used the spa facilities, and these are always great. The room was comfy and just as we would expect. It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again. "

"Had a great one night stay on 19th September, the Hotel was not fully functional as it has been renovated, so the Bar and Restaurant were not open, however we had a great stay and will definitely return. "

"Tolle Zimmer, schönes Ambiente - Pprtier Alex passt voll zum Hotel und man wird herzlich empfangen. Die Lage des Hotels perfekt. Trotz Renovation - haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstücksbuffet der Hit - alles was das Herz begehrt und so frisch."

"The property is surrounded by nature, the garden is very beautiful, and the area is very quiet. The staff was very helpful and nice. There is a nearby pub for dining, and the property offers breakfast. The breakfast options include hot drinks, cereals, eggs, cheese, ham, bread and pastries. The room is very clean and beautifully furnished.Very convenient to get to Bath but I wish I spent more time in the area around the hotel!"

"We had the best weekend away (without our kids). Perfect hotel for us - lots of character, attentive service, with luxury feel. Even with the bad weather we enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a lovely stay "
