"The hotel was right in the centre of town and our room overlooked the Market Square and the church. Extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short stay parking was very close but it was a five minute walk to long stay parking. Building works going on on the front of the hotel at the time but that did not disturb us in any way"

"The hotel and its facilities are excellent and the staff were helpful and considerate throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in although it was a little warmer and stuffy at night. The air conditioning is a little noisy to leave when sleeping. Providing towelling robes was a nice touch but unfortunately both were a medium fit so although my partners fitted I being larger it was not suitable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay J Brett"

"The property is surrounded by nature, the garden is very beautiful, and the area is very quiet. The staff was very helpful and nice. There is a nearby pub for dining, and the property offers breakfast. The breakfast options include hot drinks, cereals, eggs, cheese, ham, bread and pastries. The room is very clean and beautifully furnished.Very convenient to get to Bath but I wish I spent more time in the area around the hotel!"

"We did not see any staff at all during our stay (instructions for check-in were given by email/text message) but compared with where we had come from the room was wonderful with all the facilities we could wish for. Plenty of free parking available. The only downside was noise, from both traffic and the room fridge."
