"We came down to attend a wedding and took in some of the tourists attractions nearby. The cabin was perfect for our family. Very clean, inviting and comfortable. We loved the private location and wooded area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely stay again. "

Nice hot shower and plenty of towels. Beautiful common area with fireplace and games overlooking lake and mountains. "

"The price was very good. We liked that the motel was close enough to walk to attractions and restaurant's, but far enough away to not have the noise and traffic of other visitors. The motel needs a lot of work, but was tidy. It needed a lot of updating and freshening. There was one safety concern that was addressed to the staff. The staff was polite and helpful. "

"The area is rural in Georgia. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Dirt in the corners and along the bathroom floor. Tub was not clean. Our wash cloths were stained with black marks. The wall by the toilet had brown marks on them. We stayed three nights to be close to our daughter who had moved there last year. We booked online because we were not familiar with the area. One of the nights someone on the first floor was smoking the illegal weed in their room. Unfortunately it could be...

"Staff were super friendly. Got there after dark, so was pleasantly surprised how beautuful the grounds were. Staff were super friendly. There was a band playing a private larty that was loud, but shut down before 9. I knew that was possible before booking. Wish had more time to enjoy the grounds, but we spent most of the daytime exploring local communities. Nice personal touches everywhere. Better than expected especially for what we paid."

"The breakfast menu was decent, basic food you would get from the Walmart freezer section. The selection was limited compared to other Comfort Inns we've been to. Cups for coffee are very small. The A/C was not reliable. Warm, then if we turned it down it was freezing. The WiFi was awful. We had to go through the process of 'signing in' every 10-15 minutes. Very frustrating. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were like putting your head on nothing."

"We stayed here for a night on a trip down south, and we were blown away with how nice the room and property were. The owners were extremely generous and provided us with smores to cook with our kids in the fireplace in the covered porch area. Couldn't recommend this place enough "

"Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. "

"Very clean room. Beds were extremely comfortable. The 4 pillows per bed are much appreciated. Makes a world of a sleep difference. The breakfast was excellent of scrambled eggs, two different types of sausage and the fresh brew coffee available at any hour! It is close enough to walk to all the shops, restaurants in downtown Helen. Easy walk to one of the 1 mile trails along the river. Would definitely stay here if we go back."
