"If you stay at this Quality Inn you can’t be a light sleeper, there was noise day and night. We had the room right next to the office where they serve breakfast. They did not come to clean our room or bring in fresh towels. Luckily I brought my own towels. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time in the pool!!"

"Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open!
There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing.
The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done. The sink faucet was so wobbly that it wouldn’t stay in place. Maintenance is definitely not a priority.
The towels were threadbare. Seriously!?!?

"Jan at the front desk was the first person we encountered and she set the stage for our fabulous 4 day stay. She was attentive, friendly and ever so helpful insuring our stay was as wonderful as we imagined. The spa professionals were skilled and committed to hospitality and excellence. Kaily and Carigan were absolutely outstanding technicians. I HIGHLY recommend the head spa, peptide facial and hydrating body wrap. These will change your life!!!
