"We had an 11 day stay at Sunset at the Palms from the last week of September into the first week of October. We found staff to be genuinely friendly; not one member of staff failed to greet us as we passed around the resort, and all took the time to help with a smile on their face. So many examples of staff who went above and beyond. The buffet meals were generally good. Breakfast was a mix of standard buffet hot foods and cereals, cold meats, cheese and fruits with a daily Jamaican hot...

"Fantastic property and rooms. Very friendly staff, good parking situation. A little further away from central Negril, and no beach access, but Seven Mile is reachable by car. Must be top notch and packed in the busy season. Would stay again."

"3rd time there this year-as always, most pleasant restaurant and bar staff who treat us like family each stay! Always remembering us. Security made sure we were not hassled on the beach. Food is fantastic at the restaurant too!!! Great little pool and adorable cottages! From check in, the groundskeeper, bartenders, housekeeping to the security-all lovely!"
