Cari Hotel di Westmoreland

"I enjoyed my stay at Azul. The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and the food was great. The furniture in the room and certain places were a bit dated but outside of that, everything was fine. The seven mile beach was incredible and they put on a good show at nice, There is a club with a DJ that starts at 11pm and ends around 1. All in all, I had a great time and would visit again."

"The workers at this resort will make sure your stay is perfect, beautiful place all around."

"This resort recently reopened and I am assuming my frustration is mostly due to staff confusion. We did not have "diamond club" status, so we did not have a butler. We received conflicting information from the front desk, Expedia liason and workers at the various restaurants about how to book dinners at the non-buffet restaurants. The Royalton app never worked for us to book anything (spa or restaurants). We did manage to eat at Zen Tepanyaki, Hunter Steakhouse, Grazie and with the help of...

"I am a repeat visitor. The staff are exceptional, the property beautiful and the proximity to everything is unmatched. I love Coco LaPalm!! See you again soon."

"The hotel has most memorial beach you can desire, staffs are super friendly but food was not top notch"

"Overall excellent low-key resort with lots of great free activities (sailing, waterskiing, catamaran cruise, snorkeling, diving, bonfire on beach, daily option to go to couples swept-away) and a beautiful beach with plenty of seating. The food at the a la carte restaurants was excellent but the buffet restaurant was just OK and was a little too hot at times. The drinks at the bars were very inconsistent in quality so we tried to stay with the same bartenders where possible. The property was...

"Overall the resort was great! I didn’t know that the resort had just reopened, so there were extremely unexpected delays with checkin and items needed in the room, i.e. an iron and ironing board. Fire alarm was going off sporadically and it was loud! I was upgraded to a swim out and although it was nice, the pool was not clean at all. The food was great and the staff was as helpful as they could be I guess, but very jovial and pleasant. I’m sure when they are back up 100% it will be amazing and...

"Absolutely loved my stay and the staff was wonderful"

"My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. The restaurants were not quite up to par with prior visits, but.... ...

"I love the uniqueness of it. The staff is wonderful even the security also. I enjoy my breakfast very much in the mornings . The only reason I wouldn’t stay again is I’m from nearby and whenever I visit home I tried to stay away from all inclusive because I would like to have my family visit me with ease and that was a little hard for me but thanks to Monique she is so sweet and all the staff also."

"Everything great! But need to upgrade TVs"

"Beautiful grounds. Room was spacious with great views and comfortable bed."

"Restaurant good. Location good. Facilities outdated and not maintained."
