"We have been regular visitors to the Moon Palace so have become accustomed to the excellent quality of service. We travelled as an extended family with small children and the facilities (3 rooms) were a great fit. Our initial move into our rooms was a bit noisy but this quitened down within an hour. One of the rooms was not available until after 3 pm but was fine once delivered."

"Please ! Get here after 3p please they uphold the “the check in is at 3pm” . Me and boyfriend arrived at 12p and didn’t check in until 5p. We got a room with a plunge pool . ABSOLUTELY amazing . "Our stay at Princess Senses was amazing! Things started off rocky but the staff took care of us! There's a little bit of everything to do. Food is great. Entertainment is on point, Views are to die for! Spa service is great. Big shout out to Clive at the front desk, Andrew the bellman supervisor, waiting staff and guest services. "Our stay at the S Hotel was exceptional!!!! The property is stunning, with a relaxed atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, gorgeous beach and a wide variety of delicious foods!! The location is also perfect; less than 10 minutes from Sangster Int'l Airport. Shoutout to Asst General Manager, Marlon, who was always nearby to answer questions and share information. We will definitely be back!"

"I loved our stay at the property. The staff was exceedingly and abundantly helpful. The amenities were perfect. The only issue was the overwhelming scent of mildew as soon as our room door opened, so much so that our belongings smell like mildew after our departure. Everything will need washed/aired out but overlooking that - the stay was PERFECT. "
