"My experience was slightly affected by the fact that I stayed in low season, and at a time when there was political instability along the border with DRC nearby. Hence I was the only guest for most of my time at the hotel which generated a slightly odd feeling. "The staff at this property were extremely nice and friendly. The journey from Kigali however was stressful. I recommend renting a jeep or a car with high tires as the roads leading to the accommodation are bad. "

"The views are great However Two of the three rooms had stuffed drains in the bathrooms that caused flooding on the floor. The staff left the key for one of rooms that they had to rearrange to seperate beds upon arrival locked in another room causing the teens to have to wait along time To get into their room. The service for towels and room arrangements was slow And the bathrooms need maintenance and updates "

"I cant express how amazing this property is! This resort is absolutely beautiful!! The interior decor of the hotel is designed perfectly. The views outside the property of the Congo and Lake Kivu is a showstopper! The food was so delicious and fulfilling. The service from staff was top notch! I highly recommend a stay at this property, it was really amazing!"

"Amazing hotel and extremely affordable. This for sure the very best location in Giseny. The hotel is directly at the lake. Walkable to the public beach and pretty much everywhere. The breakfast was amaizng and all the staff memebers were very friendly anddemonstrated solid hospitality skills. I loved everything about this trip."

"The staff are wonderful, both kind and efficient. The reception were helpful and made one feel so welcome on arrival. Getting there at night can be tricky as google maps is wrong while there are few signposts showing the way. The setting is fantastic and what a tranquil and relaxing place!
