"Liked the position of the property. I liked the swimming pool, though I didn't get to use it. Facilities were good. Helpful staff. Didn't like the smells in the apartment nor in the corridors. They did help with the room smell very quickly. The room was very noisy, I didn't know what it was. Air conditioning or something, though it wasn't switched on I believe. Great value for money though and I would book again. "

"A great spot along the highway just east of Busselton central made for a good location to head out for day trips. The Wi-Fi was problematic, with frequent disconnects and not being able to connect at all on my laptop."

"Stayed many times at this resort. It is clean, lovely fauna and very tidy. The renovations are wonderful. Tonic by the bay is always welcoming and staff always on hand. "

"Hotel asked for credit card info on sheet of paper incase customer caused damage, even tho room fully paid online. I do understand reason.Tried to explain that Aus has national privacy law agst collecting/keeping personal info esp credit card info, their practice was actually violation. Owner got aggressive, insisted that is their policy and wanted to throw us out without listening. Didnt understand nor stop what he was doing to listen. Wasnt trying to be difficult, infact did hand over card...

"Stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for a night. It was spacious and clean, suitable for families with children. There’s a club house with a kids room and other facilities. It will be good if the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are a little cleaner though. In the evenings, ducks will start to colonize the pools. Food wise, there are some options nearby. Otherwise you can drive down to the city centre. "
