"I really was impressed with the JW. The rooms were new, beds comfortable, service was great in most areas like the breakfast area and the concierge. Very helpful and smooth business stay. Just the bar was lacking in service. Great place to stay in Kolkata. 25 min from the airport. My driver Ranjun was great and drove me around to various appointments for the day. He was excellent."

"Right from the check-in till our check-out everything was 11 out of 10. There was a surprise welcome for us with a cake and decoration in the room. The staff were exceedingly welcoming and helpful. Room was large with an excellent view all kinds of modern amenities. Complimentary access to lounge and cocktails were provided. The dinner was good but the breakfast was excellent with wide variety of choices. Food catering to all tastes were available. We were really spoilt for choice. Definitely...
