"We had three rooms, the one on the 3rd floor was newer than the two on the second floor. Staff were very helpful and attentive, but they were definitely short-staffed. What with it being Durga Puja, management should have employed more staff to make the restaurant and room service more efficient. But this is a management issue, not a reflection on the staff there. Very close to Hajarduari."
