"The luggage cart was a bit unmanageable around the corners. A possible upgrade to those would have made the trip more pleasant. Overall, the staff seemed less personable. My only interaction was at check out. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Gym appeared adequate. I couldn't tell where I could access the courtyard towards the back of the hotel. "Everything was great as always. The only reason we gave 4 stars on cleanliness was because we had a bug in our room the first day and we saw it on the far wall when we walked in for the first time. Big spider. "

"Needed to stay near work while my car is in the shop. Comfy, and when the guy who checked me in found out I worked midnights, he pointed out the original room I booked didn't have a fridge or microwave, changed it for mw for a the difference int room types ($30 total for 3 nights, not a bad trade off!) and moved my room to the quietest corner of the hotel for me, so I could get the best chance at undisturbed rest.
