"Good location. A lot of drugs around the area. Never felt unsafe but if you’re not used to seeing that, it’s a bit of a culture shock. Only coffee and water to drink at the hotel so plan ahead if you want something else in your room. "

"Charming hotel, friendly staff, cute room with everything we needed. Bathroom is updated, clean, and well-stocked. Roof garden is a nice touch -- great views. Location is perfect for attending an event at Climate Pledge, and there are some good places to eat within easy walking distance."

"This is a wonderful property to visit if you have a layover at SeaTac. Or live in the area and want to meet someone for lunch or a beverage after work. The staff are professional and the atmosphere is welcoming.
We also visited the spa, and enjoyed a massage. The relaxing room was cozy and relaxing. Then we hung out in the hot tub, perfect afternoon."
