"Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here. Although the front desk people were very friendly, neither Expedia or the hotel itself warned us there would be road construction right outside our room until 1 am. All the other guests had already asked to change rooms so we were simply offered earplugs which don’t help much when there is jackhammering going on. The hotel was aware of this and should have contacted us since they were putting us on that side of the hotel. Coffee and tea...

"Parking was difficult, but it was at least quiet. I don’t think a lot of cleaning gets done because there were dirty socks in the room and panties hanging in the shower when we entered the room for the first time. Yikes."

"Room wreaked of smoke Bathroom was not the best but rather old and water puddles formed on bathroom floor when someone took a bath There was no microwave in the room but the staff provided us with one when requested. During breakfast they ran out of wheat bread on one of the days. That was a big deal for me since I am a diabetic and I don’t eat white bread. . The staff were friendly however. The bar lady was great. "

"Clean spacious room with shower/tun combo. Large TV (bigger than 36” in the room amenities) quiet room coffee and tea service in the room. The only issue I had was the staff not contacting me when my room was available like they said they would and the general woman’s bathroom not having any soap in it and I was told that I it wouldn’t be any soap into the Housekeeping person came in at 2pm (it was around 12pm) I was offered sanitizer that was at the front desk for the workers but had barely any...

"Family of three stayed at one night recently and we enjoyed it. The location is great, a few steps to the water front, a relatively quite and nice area in the south of downtown. Stuff is friendly and room is comfortable and clean. "

"Bathroom plumbing sucks. Both sink and shower drains SLOW. Standing in 2” of water whenever you shower. Sink takes a minute to drain completely if you wash your hands. Toilet super loud and makes high pitch noise at the end of the flush, great to hear in the middle of the night! "
