"The room was dingy and kinda in a basement, difficult for my sister to get to because there were no elevators. Also theTV wasn’t connected. We didn’t have time to have someone come to fix it but I feel like that should be part of the room check. "

"The 2 bedroom place that we stayed at was very quiet. We felt like we were the only ones in that area. The facility was nice, there were things that needed to be fixed or updated. We were out the room most of the weekend and were only in the room to sleep. They definitely need to look at the beds. I could feel the springs in the mattress."

The views were amazing and it was well stocked, clean, and a very nice room. What I didn’t love is that there is an unexpected $200 “security deposit” that they actually charge your card at check in and in addition to your resort fees. "I will book again. The staff was wonderful and eager to assist. The room was spacious accommodating. You're fully responsible for your own meals but the water park makes up for it all. The lodge has activites planned out all day with a wonderful app to help guide you. I was surprised when I arrived and there was a $20 daily parking fee, I didn't see that anywhere on the website. "Clean rooms, very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The location was easy access to the beach and had beautiful views. We also were able to walk to lunch and for mini golfing. Unfortunately our only complaint is the town enforced curfew where everyone had to be inside by 9pm. It was no fault of the hotel but it did make the hotel very loud Saturday night (it was quiet Sunday). The hotel itself was secure but we were definitely nervous. "

"My stay was horrible . Room wasn’t clean and smelly , staff is okay the air conditioning wasn’t working they fixed it right away. The only thing I enjoyed the sunset , but I had to watched from inside room the balcony was full of pollen and I have asthma I can’t breath. the indoor pool 👎"
