"The house is nice designed and keep clean. However the wc in first floor was broken, there was no toilet seat on. It should be fixed or notified before we checked in. The worst part is we could get hold of owner till we contacted hotel.com with the check in guidance. The owner only replied our message a few hours before their FIXED check in time, to give us the location of the key. "

"The Ermitage Hotel at Mont Saint Michel is an amazing and charming place! We loved the hotel and its people. Starting with Jean-Marc, the concierge, who immediately contacted us.
