"部屋は１階の１番奥の部屋でしたが、部屋からはモンサンミッシェルは見えず、外のデッキはクモの巣があり清掃されていませんでしたので非常に残念です。ただし、レストランからはモンサンミッシェルが見えるので食事をされる方は絶景が楽しめます。"

"1階レストラン横の階段を登るとレセプションが在ります。チェックイン前とチェックアウト後も荷物を預かって貰えて助かりました。 私達の部屋は1階(日本式2階)で外壁の道に直接出られて便利でした。 お部屋は歴史を感じましたが水回りはリフォームされていて掃除も行き届いて清潔です。 シャワーも熱いお湯がでて快適です。 スタッフの皆さんが優しかったです。 日帰りツアーの皆さんが帰られる頃に修道院を見学したのですが昼間の賑わいが嘘の様にゆっくり見学できました。 翌日は少し時間を持て余しましたが時間に余裕が有れば1泊される事をお勧めします。"

"Very disappointing experience. We could not enter the hotel access zone at Mont Saint-Michel because the required code was never sent. After three calls, someone finally answered. At reception, staff said it was our responsibility to call and get the code, even though we had no signal and had to borrow a phone. Poor communication and no willingness to help. Also, there is no elevator, and we had to carry luggage upstairs. This was not mentioned when booking."

"設備やスタッフには全く問題ありません。ただし、料金が割高に感じる部分はあります。理由が、モンサンミッシェル近くの立地だからであることは分かります。ホテルの評価は、その部分にどれだけ納得できるか次第です。"

"駐車場は島の外にあります。事前にコードをもらっておきます。荷物は自分で運ぶので多いと移動が大変になります。重いものは駐車場の車に置いて、持ち込む荷物はコンパクトにした方が良いです。"

"Great location, very friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. Our only complaint was the property does not have AC and it was a very warm spell, but they did provide a fan which helped. The location is splendid, it’s one of several hotels in the small village at the end of the bridge to the island, and there are several good restaurants to choose from. "

"Location in bellissima villa storica. Ristorante top. Per il resto prezzo non in linea. Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta una dotazione di camera diversa (ciabatte, kit bagno, frigo bar etc). Una ulteriore pecca: TV con soli canali in francese. Rapporto qualità prezzo da rivedere. "
