Great location and very spacious room, a rarity in France! We could see the Mont Saint-Michel from our room. The only small issues were that the towel warmer was not functioning and drinking glasses would have been welcome too instead of paper glasses.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but that may have just been our bed. The location for visiting Mont Saint Michel cannot be beat, it’s the closest hotel without staying on the island itself. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very professional. The property is conveniently located, and is close to the free shuttle bus stop to Mont St. Michel and the #2 bus stop which takes you back to the train station. Overall it’s a 10/10!

Location was great and room size and view was fantastic. But it's not well maintained. Bed was clean and amenities were okay but the carpet was full of red spots and the balcony had bird droppings and the window view had bird dropping spots which was never cleaned.

The main benefit of this hotel is location. Close to bus stops and an unparalleled view of MSM. Be forewarned; front desk service and restaurant service is slow. If staying at the hotel demand a room facing away from the parking lot. The afternoon sun is brutal and the rooms have no AC; just rotating fan. The restaurant food was very good and you should try the lamb. The front desk folks were helpful when around. Parking: the hotel is on the other side of controlled parking and you need an access code from them to get in. Get this code ahead of time or you will be stuck on the wrong side of the gate.

The view is UNMATCHED. This is the closest hotel to Mont-Saint-Michel without being on the island. The rooms are large, pleasant, and clean. Front desk staff was delightful to work with.

This hotel ripped us off. We paid for the "flexible rate", supposedly allowing us to make changes up to a week before our trip. We attempted to reduce our stay by 1 night before the deadline to make changes. Expedia couldn't make the change themselves, they needed the hotel to do it. But the hotel wouldn't respond to Expedia or to us directly to make the change. So the deadline came and passed. Upon arrival we explained it to the front desk. They said they couldn't do anything and that we needed to contact the reservation company. When we checked out a day early we asked for our folio for the visit to show that we were leaving early. They said they would have to prepare it and email it to us. We never got the folio via email. In the end we paid for 4 nights but only stayed 3. No satisfaction from Expedia or Relais. The hotel itself is rundown like many of the reviews state. The view was amazing! Food was average at best for France and the staff was not helpful. We will not repeat at this hotel. And I'm done with Expedia.
