"We enjoyed our two night stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel is in a great location, close to Crown Casino and DFO with trams out front and trains nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, from reception to concierge and also very professional. Our room had spectacular river views and there were many lovely louge areas around the hotel too, as well as filtered water refill stations available. The only small downside was that I don’t prefer carpet and the glass bathroom door opening right onto the bed didn't allow much privacy, as having the layout of the bathroom and wardrobes switched around, would've worked better. The gym and outdoor pool looked very nice and well maintained. "
