"This is a great place to stay in Melbourne, especially if you are spending more than one week in Australia. We loved having a suite with a washer/dryer so we could do laundry halfway through our trip. The staff were very helpful (although the night staff seemed a bit friendlier). The bed and linens were comfortable. The only big drawback is the hotel has terrible WiFi. This posed a problem when were trying to look up things to do and book tickets.
