"Good place to stay. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The lighting was good and there was a decent-sized TV in the room, unlike other hotels. Staff were super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. It was also nice and quiet. The bathroom was a strange design with the shower glass not extending far enough so the shower would spray onto the rest of the bathroom and soaked a lot of the bathroom floor. The door opened ok, but would hit the toilet seat if opened too...

"The Atlantis is so conveniently located. Easy walking distance to SkyBus/ Southern Cross Station, Spencer Street Outlet shopping centre (including a chemist) and there’s a tram stop in front of the Atlantis. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are lifts to your room. There’s a proper cupboard with hangers for your clothing, side tables, power points. The Atlantis is our “go to” accommodation when visiting Melbourne. The only area we found a bit ordinary was the breakfast room. However,...

"Really dark and quiet room but because the windows don’t open it was quite stuffy overnight, even when it was cold so I would recommend leaving the aircon on while you sleep. Also the pillows were almost too soft??? Hahahaha. Anyway nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the staff were excellent. Nice little bar attached and coffees were a good price. Also if you don’t get house keeping they give you $10 to spend in the bar/cafe. "
