"This is a great hotel location and beautiful property. The view from our room window was gorgeous. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was the check in. It’s really missing the mark on a warm welcome and professional service. The check in was awkward and long for no apparent reason. We actually felt like we were putting the person out for having to check us in. Our stay was good overall and we would stay again."

"The property manager was super helpful. He went out of his way to notify the cleaning staff that I had arrived in Vermont and that I needed to have my room ready a little earlier. The temperature of the room was perfect. If anyone needs to make a quick trip to Burlington, I would highly recommend staying here."

"Our stay was ok, check in was good . Breakfast basic but ok. Ate in restaurant 1 night , good food, service and drinks . Things which could have been much better, sheets and towels were well worn and although clean, were grey and thin. Dispensers in shower didn’t work well , stains in toilet bowl . Gym was ok , games room ok but several games broken or parts missing . Our room had been renovated, but I think a world away from a boutique hotel. On our last night a quest arrived in the room above...
