"We had a great time! The hotel was superb! The staff was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was great as was. The surprise afternoon tea was a pleasure. The staff went out of their way to help when my phone cord was damaged in transit. The hotel is in a great location. When I return I To Venice, I will certainly stay there again!"

"Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, although there was a queue to be seated. Relatively close to the station, although it looks closer on a map and actually required a bit of a detour to reach. "

"We had a wonderful time here, the hotel was conveniently located right across from the boat transportation. Everyone was so very friendly, staff and guests, except the woman who checked us out. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was very unfriendly. The bartender, Stan, was amazing! His drinks were great and he made the bar fun! Both my husband I said what a different perception we had of the hotel before and after we checked out. It’s amazing the difference one person can make, the whole trip was amazing but she left kind of a bad taste🙁"
