"the parking situation was sooo difficult...far away, all cobblestones, ugh. they did send me an email about the difficulties but it was AFTER i booked. TV was awful, BBC news was the only english station. front desk did not speak or understand any english. could not drive to hotel, it was surrounded by ped areas and that was not clear. i called to see how to get in and thats when i realized the no english situation. all i understood was 'parking palais du papes' ugh. i will alwlays choose on site parking in the future."

"The staff at this property deserve 6 stars. Truly, so helpful, friendly and responsive. The hotel is in an excellent location, high walk ability through charming Orange Centre. The hotel is dated but for the price has everything you should expect. We would most definitely stay here again. "

"Good old fashioned hotel refitted with tastefully. Close to station and cit6 centre. Room was on small size but ok for fw days. Bath was too hight and hard to step out plus bathroom windows were still the old one and could not open. Not ideal for sunny days. Breakfast was good but could not see the point in pancakes if served cold. Ceiling in conservatory / breakfast room was peeling off and needed clenaning. "

"The bed had two martresses pulled together, somwhat uncomfortabe. Disgusting smell in the kitchenette. Excellent location, good service, convenient, good price, comfortable."
