"Boutique hotel, full of charm. Wonderful roof-top restaurant. Staff at desk very helpful. However, if you have mobility issues be aware that there are no elevators. Ask for a room on the ground floor but know that you will have to climb a long flight of stairs for the included breakfast. But it is totally worth it! Would absolutely stay again"

"This hotel will forever be the one to beat for me. The room was beautiful and the ocean view was worth the trip to Chile all by itself. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and 100% recommend the upgrade to ocean view. You won't be sorry.
The staff brought our bags up and down the circular staircase for us which was greatly appreciated.
The location is central to a lot of great art boutiques and view vistas.
I will definitely rebook when I return to Valparaiso."

"Cheap. Dirty. Bed full of ants. Good location.
This is a step up from a hostel. Location is good for historical district. Room is dirty (e.g., little white specs on the bathroom walls from other people’s tooth brushing - ewwww!). Staff are OK. Tiny ants everywhere. In the bed. Biting."

"I don't have one bad thing to say about this hotel. The room was fantastic. The View was incredible. The restaurant and the bar were wonderful with good service and tasty food! Just simply perfection."

"Amazing property. Start your morning with a delicious breakfast where eggs are cooked to your liking, fresh artisan bread, veggies, olives and fresh squeezed juice and brewed coffee. The staff is very accommodating, suggests tips and makes your stay a delight with their hospitality. Finish your daily adventure with a warm shower and top notch bedding and pillows. How can I forget...you should really make the effort to wake up to see the sunrise from the sunroom where you will eat your cook...
