"I really like this hotel. It is my go hotel when visiting family in Cali. I appreciate their service, staff and location. A coffee shop recently opened under the hotel and i enjoyed coffee there. Only thing i dislike this time around was that i was charged for coffee pods left in the kitchen without indication i had to pay for them. I suggest they add a note next to the pods so people are aware. Other than that, all was great."

"I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and kind. I will definitely use it again to travel to Cali and be close to the airport. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport works perfectly."

"My husband & I originally planned to only stay 2 weeks but ended up staying 3 weeks. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, pool and sauna many times. The free breakfast often included soup, arepas, eggs made your way, papaya, pineapple, infused water, salad, coffee made your way and much more. The variety of plants throughout the hotel and on our balcony was the special touch needed to make it feel like a lush oasis. We did not want to leave! Staff became friends and we look forward to returning...
