"Everything about the hotel was great! But the broiler broke the morning we left and we had to take ice cold showers. The staff was great and taking care of us in the ways they could but because we booked through a third party we have had to deal with Expedia to see if we can get a refund."

"Offseason… place not in tip top ship. No lobby bar. Restaurants had strange hours and a few were closed. Our mistake for not recognizes the summer is the off season for this place."

"Great location walking to the gate of Zion National Park (no car allowed, makes it extremely great location).
Place is beautiful, room are specious, near restaurants and Zion NP, supermarket, park rental gear.
Include spa amenities (we didn’t use due to lack of time)
