"The staff were very friendly but the restaurant was closed on Sundays which we were not made aware of before. The facilities are clean and comfortable though a bit dated. Really nice indoor heated pool and kids play area. Mosquito coverings on window not well sealed and the mosquitos were vicious…even in the spring. "

She only told me this lately, otherwise I would have confronted the person. With the high category of this hotel your staff should be reserved, respectful and protective of the high level clientelle.
