Wonderful stay at this well located resort. I am from North America so had no idea what to expect. My check-in was flawless. A wonderful gal who studied at McGill in Canada took care of me. It was wonderful to hear a friendly Canadian voice. The breakfast was the best that I had in 15 days of travel in S America. The pool was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and 10/10 clean. The amenities for children are incredible. Highly recommend! P.S. I tried the rooftop restaurant for dinner but after I was seated no one came to my table for 15min to greet me or offer me a drink so I left and ate at the hotel lobby bar - great service there!

This Hotel Snob was very impressed

The only downside was going during the offseason and the nightly rooftop bar was only open Thursday through Sunday, besides that the hotel staff truly lived up to its reputation of being a premium hotel. Everything from the from desk staff, the daily cleaning service, the concierge and the bartender were top notch.

They were fully booked and they gave us special perks for moving rooms. And even let our grandparents stay in their room and making it work even if they didn’t have to. I really appreciate that care! They also found and returned my watch. Everything is wonderful.

The hotel, the location and the proximity to the beach were excellent. But the one thing that stood out was Mitchel, the concierge, he was super helpful, very proactive and always checking with us to ensure all was going ok. We got some really great suggestions on tours, restaurants, shopping. One in our group was a vegan and Mitchel suggest this vegan place called Oli, we all loved it!. Mitchel, you were fantastic!

Amazing stay

Such a great hotel! The hotel has a great location. In Punta, you need a car anyhow, but this hotel is kind of central distance to all. Lovely room. Spacious with a great window, our room with a view of the ocean. Comfortable king size bed. Beach service. Great breakfast. Lovely indoor swimming pool and gym club. We borrowed mountain bikes and rode 21k one of the mornings. Overall a complete 5 star hotel. Would definitely return to this hotel if I come back to Punta!

Solid Hotel

Friendly staff and nice hotel. Staff made special efforts for a birthday without even being told-only based on the registration. Front desk was very helpful in making reservations and remembered to update us without having to be asked. They also remembered our language preferences. Food and drinks were high quality. Gorgeous views of the water. Overall worth the price and I would book again. Minor inconveniences: The 50% spa discount advertised here only applies to one item which they don’t tell you unless asked and the spa itself is somewhat lackluster and doesn’t give an immersive experience-it is more transactional. The location is good but slightly isolated from walking to dinner places vs other closer hotels with similar accommodations.
