"The staff at the Sanctuary by Belmond were extraordinary in their efforts to make us feel at home and cared for. One of our party lost a wallet on the grounds and they made every effort to help us find it. The front desk were especially accommodating in assisting us book bus tickets and entry tickets to Machu Picchu. Thumbs up!"

"There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating! The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff...

"The staffs are very friendly and attentive. They picked me up at the train station and help me with my bags. It’s an uphill walk for 10 minutes, and the help is very much appreciated. Welcome desserts at room and wonderful breakfast. Great value for the price."

"Machu Picchu ist traumhaft. Das Hotel liegt dafür sehr günstig. Essen war okay, aber nicht überragend. Das Zimmer war trotz Ende Mai recht kalt, weil u.a. die Balkontür nicht wirklich dicht ist. Damit hört man auch sehr viel von draußen. Ansonsten aber sauber und gutes Zimmer."

"Hotel com boas condições, limpo e recepção atenciosa. Quarto confortável e com vista para o rio fantástica! A única questão que não nos foi atendida é a ausência de sinal de Wi-Fi no nosso quarto… tínhamos que ir até o corredor para pegar o sinal do outro roteador próximo ao elevador. Reclamamos 2x e nada fora feito para solucionar. Tirando esta situação um hotel com bom custo benefício "

"Acomodações de quarto muito boas, confortável, chuveiro a gás funcionava bem. Mas o destaque com certeza é a equipe, todos muito atenciosos, e queria ressaltar a Sônia, que nos ajudou rapidamente com um aquecedor, não tinha aquecedor no quarto e estava bem frio, mas quando perguntamos se seria possível conseguir um aquecedor, dentro de poucos minutos a Sônia conseguiu um. O café da manhã é simples, mas bom, pães, frutas, queijo, ovos, iogurte, suco, café e chá. Recomendo a estadia."

"O Hotel nos surpreendeu muito positivamente. Pegamos um quarto para dividirmos em 4 pessoas (1 cama casal e 2 camas individuais) e ele era super espaçoso, amplo, refrescante e com ótimas instalações como chuveiro, secador de cabelo e televisão. Além disso, a equipe atenciosa nos ajudou a pedir comida para entrega no próprio hotel, já que estávamos cansados e queríamos jantar. A recepção indicou o restaurante, se disponibilizou a fazer o pedido e fez a mediação entre eles e a gente. Foi ótimo,...

"Fabulous hotel. Great staff and superb restaurant. Only little grouse we had was that we got the room bang smack on top of the railway platform. Think pre dawn train sounds and loud live band at train boarding times (a unique Peru Rail feature)! The rooms deeper in the property would not have that issue. Lovely flora and views inside too. Overall a very nice little hotel. Would happily go back again."
