"We showed up late, the woman in the front took lots of time to show us around and the “ we will treat you like family “ style honor bar. The room and view blew us away, Ocean views, vineyard views, on and on. They had a very fine breakfast and in the evening they had outstanding sweets laid out. My wife is going in for brain surgery in two weeks. They showed her the loving care she needed, so much so we could not help but cry. They had no idea what we are going through. So thank you very much...

"Poor communication. No advance access code. All doors are locked and you are on your own at night. I was lucky to find a guy with a local phone to call the facility emergency line. After that , a simple digital code was emailed to me. NOT a Good Place to stay!!! $$$ and zero service. "

"This place is wonderful, the staff could not be nicer, the place is beautiful and the area is great. From there we went to San Sebastian, about a 45 min drive and Bilbao, about 20 min drive. We loved our stay! "
