"This was an amazing hotel. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant on site but unfortunately wasn’t open on sundays, which is when we stayed there. About a mile walk to town but easy to get a taxi. Would definitely stay there again. Very clean."

"Accommodations were fairly comfortable and clean with a nice breakfast. But, would not stay there again. Rooms are down a long hallway and the windows are covered only with a see-through sheer roller curtain-so absolutely no privacy, and a little creepy. As anyone walking down the hall has a view into your room. "

"I enjoyed this hotel; it looks bland from the outside but is architecturally really interesting within: boutique-y, apparently involving old shipping containers, and there is great art on the walls. Neighborhood has some good food. Didn't look at any shops."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and warm. The new addition is much nicer than the old. TV in the old section doesn’t have internet service so you can’t access Netflix."

"Fundamentally this hotel has a lot to offer in terms of its location, and the bed was comfy / restaurant was decent, but overall we were very disappointed with the rooms, which are basically portakabins with super thin walls, cracked floorboards, lukewarm showers and no charm. The restaurant staff were all pretty unfriendly too. By far the worst value for money of anywhere we stayed in Patagonia. "
